We are called “Australian Vinegar” because that’s all we do. We don’t make olive oil, chutney, pasta, bread or anything else. We are the vinegar experts!
Our CEO and Principal Vinegar Maker, Ian Henderson, is recognised globally as an expert in his field. Ian oversees all Operations and is supported by University Science graduates who are trained in the science of vinegar making under Ian’s watchful eye.
We rigorously implement an accredited Quality Management program to ensure that all products are manufactured to exact specifications and are delivered on time, every time.
Our world class fermentation equipment is imported from Germany and installed in our purpose built facility, on the pristine Granite Belt in South-west Queensland.
